These terms apply when you use ManyMart at http://localhost:3000 (the "store"), operated by ManyMart. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them.
Using the store
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You're responsible for the details on your account and for keeping your sign-in private. Don't misuse the store — for example by attempting unauthorised access, placing fraudulent orders or posting unlawful content.
Products and prices
We try to describe and show products accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens. Prices are in Indian rupees. Shipping fees, if any, are shown before you pay. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Orders
An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the delivery address can't be served, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount paid. You can cancel your own order from your order page until it's packed; see our Refund & cancellation policy.
Payment
We accept online payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) through our payment gateway partner, and cash on delivery where available. Online orders are confirmed only after the payment succeeds.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & cancellation policy.
Reviews and content you post
Only customers who received a product can review it. Reviews must be honest and lawful; we may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or misleading. By posting a review you allow us to show it on the store.
Intellectual property
The store's name, logo, design, text and images belong to us or our licensors and can't be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
Grievance officer
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, you can raise a complaint with our grievance officer at support@myschoolsathi.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.
