Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order yourself from your order page (My account → Orders) until it's packed. After that, contact us at support@myschoolsathi.in — once an order has been handed to the courier it can't be cancelled, but you may be able to return it after delivery. If you've already paid online, the full amount is refunded.
We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address can't be served, or the order looks fraudulent; any amount paid is refunded in full.
Returns
Returns can't be requested online. If there's a problem with your order, contact us and we'll help.
Refunds
For returns, the refund covers the price you paid for the returned items. Original shipping fees aren't refunded unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we've issued a refund, the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to an account you share with us.
In short
Shipping is free on orders over ₹499; a ₹40 fee applies below that. Cash on delivery is available.
Grievance officer
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, you can raise a complaint with our grievance officer at support@myschoolsathi.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.
